Wellswood subdivision is located in Boise, Idaho and is a planned, single-family development with distinctive individual homes and shared ownership of common areas. Our common interest is very simple: the consistent value and appeal of our neighborhood for those who own homes here.

Home Owners Annual Dues
Annual dues in the amount of $125.00 are due no later than June 30, 2024. As of July 1st if not received they will be considered past due, which includes a $25.00 per month late fee.
Please make check out to Wellswood HOA and mail it to our treasurer no later than June 30, 2024:
